“The bed was not very comfortable and we didn’t know the water park wasn’t open until Thursday luckily we stayed on a Wednesday night and didn’t have anywhere to be on Thursday so we were able to use the water park but it was definitely disappointing not having access to it on Wednesday evening liked we had planned. The staff was great and let us have a late checkout since we were in the area for an interview. It was a nice time all in all.”

“Clean room”

“The hvac unit in our room was very noisy. It made a high-pitched whine. I asked via text if they could look at it. No one did. The carpet in our room was old and looked dirty. It did seem that they were in the middle of remodeling, updates, so hopefully those things will be fixed. The front desk staff was friendly.”

“The staff were friendly and kind. However, the beds were not comfortable to sleep on. One bed frame was completely broken, and sticking out further then the bed. Staff simply put a blanket over it to cover the fact that it was sticking out, I ran my shin into the bed frame. Ouch! My friend also had to sleep on top of the pillows provided to get comfortable. The room could have been cleaner, along with the bathroom. Breakfast, included coffee, yogurt, soft frozen waffles, prepackaged boiled eggs……

“The breakfast buffet was top notch daily, great selection, well stocked and tasty. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The first room I was assigned had a broken air conditioner, and phone didn’t work. Upon returning to the front desk, I was assigned a different room that was fine. Unfortunately new staff handled the swap incorrectly which led to me being charged for both room. The manager handled quickly and reversed the overcharge. The rooms are in need of a refresh- worn carpet, stained……

“We thoroughly enjoyed our two-night stay at Country Inn & Suites in Albertville. The property was exceptionally well maintained, and the customer service was outstanding from check-in to check-out. The hotel is conveniently located with easy access from the highway, yet it offers a quiet, comfortable, and spacious atmosphere. There was ample parking, and all the amenities were clean and well cared for. Breakfast was fresh and offered a great variety of delicious options to suit different……

“My room was very clean and had newly carpeted floors. The bathroom faucets were hooked up incorrectly and need to be reconnected properly. Very nice staff and my room on the second floor. The a/c was very noisy and I couldn’t sleep with it on.”

“Everyone at this hotel was amazing! Shout out to Shelia and the entire staff! They were incredibly helpful, super kind and went above and beyond during our stay. The hotel is immaculate from the lobby to the rooms. The breakfast was great every day also. I highly recommend this property.”

“This property has great potential. Cleaning supplies were left out in multiple locations. Trash was full inside and outside. Upstairs shower needed an anti slip mat, nearly fell a few times. Ant poison on kitchen counters.”

“We enjoyed our stay, the home is spacious, and in a nice location. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our trip. There were a few small things that needed attention during our stay, but the host was quick to communicate and take care of the situation. Overall, we had a nice time and appreciated the hospitality!”

“Our stay was lovely! Our host and staff were friendly, communicative and responsive. The grounds were well kept. Our dog loved sleeping in the sun on our deck. The area is beautiful. We were there just as the leaves were beginning to change. The lake was like glass, reflecting everything perfectly. We definitely will stay again!!! ”

“Lovely, cozy cabin. We really enjoyed our stay! Only hiccup we had, was that the driveway is pretty steep and we got stuck leaving one afternoon. Nothing anyone can do about that, except maybe a heads up in the description. (It was dark when we arrived ane we didn't realize how steep the driveway was until we were halfway down) After that, we parked at the top of the driveway and we had no issue! Beds were comfy, it had everything we needed. Hoping to come back in the summer so we can enjoy……
